INFLUENCE OF VARIOUS MEDIA TYPE TO LAY EGGS (OVISTRIP) TO AMOUNT OF SNARED AEDES AEGYPTI EGG IN HOUSE ENVIRONMENT

Background : Dengue disease is contagious dengue virus infection disease by Aedes type mosquito. Way to decrease spreading of dengue disease is controlling vector. Ovitrap is effective appliance as Aedes surveilans medium which directly determine attendance of grafid female mosquito, this is proven by efficacy of research at countries in the world. Ovitrap is made from black can given water ¾ and then attached egg snare in it in the form of bamboo or wood (padel) or paper tape filter (newspaper paper) circle in reservoir which half part is under water (ovistrip). By seeing Ae. aegypti mosquito habit, often alight on secondhand tire and hanging clothes so the materials type are used in this research as Ae aegypti mosquito egg trap. (ovistrip).
Objective : Objective of this research is to know influence of various different media type to lay eggs (ovistrip) to amount of snared Aedes egg.
Method : This research type is Quasi Experiment with device research post test only with control group design. Subject in this research is all snared Ae aegypti mosquito eggs at media to lay eggs (ovistrip) in ovitrap. Independent variable in this research is various ovistrip materials type. Dependent variable is the amount of snared aedes egg. Controlled variable is time, illumination, temperature, ovitrap position, water temperature, water pH, water type. For the normalitas data test used Kolmogorov Smirnov test, data have normal distribution (p>0,05), from variant test data is not homogeneous (p 0,05), dari uji varian data tidak homogen (p 0,05 berarti data berdistribusi normal.
